The company was Established in Toronto, Canada in 2002, as an innovative alternative to established styles of online payment. Its aim was to simplify distant transactions by avoiding the use of credit cards and instead using the customers’ accounts to make payments directly, while securing their personal information. This innovation was widely appreciated by users. Since that period, UseMyBank has broadened its services to include two branches – UseMyFunds and UseMyCard. This led to a name change to better describe the company’s new dual purpose. It has been called UseMyServices Inc. for quite a number years, but clients and merchants tend to still refer to it by its original name.
